The service provider is Lyubov Topalova (Любовь Топалова), a natural person in Bulgaria. Contact: [email protected]. Services are available to businesses and individuals. This page does not claim a registered company, registered business status or a VAT number.
Agreeing an order
An order is arranged through an individual proposal and confirmation by email. Scope, content, price, timing and deliverable formats are agreed before work begins. Starting prices on the website are indicative; the final price is determined by the agreed proposal.
Payment
50% is payable before work begins. The remaining 50% is payable after the result is approved and before final materials are delivered or the website is published. A separate payment schedule may be agreed for larger projects. Payments are not accepted directly on this website.
Revisions and scope changes
One round of agreed revisions is included in the base price of all AI services and web development. Additional revisions, changes to the brief and new work are quoted and agreed separately before they are carried out.
Timing and client participation
Timelines may be adjusted if client materials or feedback are delayed. The client is notified of changes to the timeline.
Use of deliverables and source files
After full payment, the client receives commercial usage rights to the final deliverables within the agreed scope and subject to applicable licences. Source files, editing projects and source code are supplied only by separate agreement. An automatic transfer of exclusive rights is not promised.
AI and third-party materials
Use of AI outputs, music, stock assets and other third-party materials depends on the relevant licences. Exclusivity or an absence of restrictions is not guaranteed without specific confirmation. Rights and necessary permissions for client-supplied materials are clarified when the order is agreed.
Portfolio and confidentiality
Client work may be shared in the portfolio or on social media only after separate permission from the client by email. Confidential projects are not published. Independent AI concepts and web design concepts shown on the website do not establish an affiliation with the depicted brands or verified commercial results.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refunds are governed by the individual order and applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights. The advance payment is not described as unconditionally non-refundable. An individual proposal cannot override mandatory consumer rights. Cancellation, settlement arrangements and applicable pre-contract information must be clarified for the specific order before confirmation.
Personal information
Enquiry and correspondence processing is explained in the Privacy Policy. Ordinary enquiry correspondence is kept for 12 months after the last communication unless another lawful basis justifies longer retention. No marketing mailing list subscription is offered. Permission to publish client work is obtained separately and does not follow from submitting the contact form.
Document status
This is a draft prepared for publication, rather than legally final terms. Business formalities, payment documents, distance contracts and mandatory consumer rights require professional review under Bulgarian and EU law. Separate applications and the licensing system have their own terms; this page does not replace them.
